How We Ship

We process all orders through our South Africa office, then dispatch to your location. This ensures quality control and efficient delivery to our customers across Southern Africa.

Local Delivery (South Africa)

Service Details
Standard Shipping Cost calculated at checkout. Couriers: Aramex or DHL. Delivery: 5 business days after dispatch.
Free Shipping Orders over R10,000. Includes tracking.

International Shipping (SADC)

We ship within South Africa and selected SADC countries.

Processing & Production Times

Note: Production timelines vary by designer. We'll confirm your custom order timeline within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Order Status & Tracking

  • Order confirmation sent within 24 hours.
  • Dispatch notification with tracking number.
  • Real-time tracking available.
  • Courier: Aramex or DHL.

Delays & Communication

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, we will proactively contact you with an update and revised timeline.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately with photos or tracking details. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue through a replacement, refund, or compensation where appropriate.

Important: Keep your tracking number and packaging until your order is confirmed as received.

What Happens After Delivery

  • Inspect your item immediately.
  • Report damage within 24 hours with photos.
  • You have 7 days to return eligible items (see Returns Policy).

Special Notes

  • Mixed orders ship together once all items are ready.
  • Signature may be required on delivery.
  • Every order undergoes quality control before dispatch.
